Using up old kids’ crayons. I have approx. 1,000,000 and can’t fathom where they came from. I hadn’t held a crayon in years, and they’re very user-friendly, non-judgmental, low-stakes, and I’m curious what can be done with them. And oh that unmistakable smell! Only the genuine waxy kindergarten-classroom item qualifies for this project, nothing fancy, nothing French, nothing with an apostrophe in its name.
